Delete your account
You can delete your account from inside Fylom. It deactivates immediately and is permanently deleted after seven days — with a window to change your mind.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to Fylom — in the iOS or Android app, or on the web app.
- Open Settings.
- Under Account actions, tap Delete account and confirm.
What happens next
Your account is deactivated straight away and permanently deleted seven days later — episodes, audio, and everything Fylom knows about you. We email you the exact date when you request it, and again once the deletion is done.
Changed your mind? Sign back in before the deletion date and you'll be asked to reactivate. After that date, deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled in your store account — deleting your Fylom account doesn't stop store billing.
Can't sign in?
Email support@fylom.com from your account's email address and we'll handle the deletion for you.
