Delete what Fylom knows about you
Clear your profile data without deleting your account. You stay signed in and keep your episodes — Fylom just forgets what it has learned about you.
What you can delete
Fylom builds a profile from your conversations with the producer — topics you care about, facts about you, and preferences that shape future episodes. You can delete any single item or wipe the whole profile at any time.
How to do it in the app
- Open the Fylom app and tap the Settings tab.
- Under Memory, tap Your profile.
- Swipe any item to delete it, or tap Delete all memories at the bottom to clear everything.
Deletions are immediate and cannot be undone. New memories will start forming again the next time you talk to the producer.
Episodes
To delete a specific episode, open it in the app and use the menu in the top right. Deleted episodes are removed from your library and cannot be recovered.

If you want to permanently delete your account and everything tied to it, request account deletion.
